Built For

Businesses ready to look established,
trusted, and chosen.

For founders, family businesses, and service companies that have already earned trust — but whose visual identity no longer reflects the quality behind the work.

Some businesses don't need to become something else. They need to be seen more clearly.

Maison refines how your business is perceived, so the outside finally matches what has been built inside.

Our Philosophy

Good branding shapes perception
before the first conversation.

We create identity systems with enough structure to make every touchpoint feel intentional — from the first impression to the final handoff.

The value is already there. The identity makes it easier to see.

The Shift

What changes after
the rebrand.

A stronger identity does more than make a business look better. It changes how quickly people understand, trust, and value what you offer.

01

Reputation shows sooner.

The business feels established before the first call, visit, referral, or inquiry.

02

Trust becomes easier to earn.

People feel they are dealing with a serious, organized company.

03

Value becomes easier to understand.

The identity helps pricing, service quality, and reputation feel aligned.

04

The brand becomes easier to use.

Every touchpoint becomes more consistent after launch.

Process

A clear path from first direction to final handoff.

A focused brand process with clear roles, clean decisions, and practical files at the end.

Step 01

Discover

Understand the business before shaping the brand.

Client

Shares the business story, goals, audience, and current brand challenges.

Studio

Reviews the existing identity, market context, visual gaps, and positioning direction.

Outcome

A clear creative foundation before design begins.

Step 02

Define

Choose the visual direction before details are built.

Client

Reviews the proposed direction and gives focused feedback.

Studio

Builds the direction board, visual references, tone, color mood, and strategic route.

Outcome

An approved creative direction that guides the identity system.

Step 03

Design

Build the identity system with intention and consistency.

Client

Reviews selected design rounds and confirms what feels aligned with the business.

Studio

Designs the logo system, typography, color palette, brand applications, and visual logic.

Outcome

A complete identity system ready for real-world use.

Step 04

Deliver

Prepare the brand for practical use after launch.

Client

Receives final assets and uses the brand across key business touchpoints.

Studio

Organizes the final files, export formats, usage guidance, and core brand materials.

Outcome

A polished brand package that is clear, usable, and ready to apply.

Katherine Smali

Brand Identity Designer & Co-Founder

"I'm drawn to the quiet character inside every business — the history, taste, trust, and effort that made it worth noticing. My work is to translate that into a visual identity that feels worthy of what the business has already earned."

Vasily Tudor

Client Strategy Director & Co-Founder

"My passion is bringing structure to the creative process — helping people move from scattered ideas to a clear direction they can trust. I believe clarity, focus, and the ability to turn ideas into action are worth making more accessible."

The House

Every brand we build
becomes part of something larger.

Maison clients receive ongoing access to annual brand reviews, referral credits, and private notes on design, branding, and market shifts — because a brand identity is not a one-time file. It is an asset that should keep working as your business grows.

The House begins as ongoing support — and grows into a private network of business owners who value trust, reputation, and real work.

In time, this means shared knowledge, trusted referrals, and a community of people who have built something real and want to protect it.

The clients who join early will help shape what this becomes.

The House Notes

Written for business owners
who have built something real.

The House Notes is where we explore how branding, perception, design direction, and market shifts affect the way a business is trusted, valued, and remembered.

Not trend reports for designers. Not generic business advice. These notes are written around the questions established owners actually face: how to modernize without losing trust, how to look current without looking trendy, and how to make years of reputation visible before the first conversation.

Brand Perception

Why established businesses outgrow their visual identity

Sometimes the service improves, the reputation deepens, and the client base becomes more loyal — but the identity still reflects where the business used to be.

Trust & Reputation

Branding is not vanity. It is a trust signal.

For service businesses, visual identity shapes how serious, organized, and valuable the company feels before the first conversation.

Legacy & Growth

How to modernize without losing what people already trust

The goal is not to erase the history that made the business respected. The goal is to refine it so the next stage feels clear, current, and earned.

Common Questions

What you might want to know.

We start with two distinct directions, not one guess. If neither feels right, we use your feedback to refine before moving forward. You’re never locked into something that doesn’t fit.

Those platforms give you a logo file. We build an identity system — with logic behind every decision, files organized for real use, and a guide so your brand stays consistent after we hand it off.

No. That’s what the brand questionnaire is for. Most clients come in knowing they need a change — not knowing what that change should look like. We figure that out together.

It depends on the package — 2 rounds for Essentials, 3 for Professional, and 5 for Signature. Additional rounds can be added if needed.

Yes. We work fully remotely and have no location restrictions. All communication happens via email and shared documents.

Essentials: 5–7 business days. Professional: 7–12 days. Signature: 14–21 days. Timelines start once we receive your completed brand questionnaire.

Projects begin with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon final file delivery. We accept payment via invoice.
